60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Simply contact us and we'll guide you through the process.
How to Make a Return
Email us at hello@voriski.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond with instructions and the return address.
- Items must be returned in reasonable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Please keep your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
Refunds
Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days for the amount to appear on your statement.
24-Month Warranty
Your product is covered against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of purchase. If your item develops a defect under normal use during this period, contact us at hello@voriski.com and we will arrange a replacement at no cost. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please email hello@voriski.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Free gifts and digital downloads (like our eBook) have no monetary value and are not refundable.
- Gift cards.
