Shipping & Delivery
Thank you for shopping at Voriski. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will be delivered.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after they are placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery Times
- Canada & United States: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery estimates may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Tracking
Each order is shipped with a tracking number, which we send to you by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse so you can track it to your door.
Shipping Costs
Any shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout, before confirmation.
Delivery Protection
At checkout, you can add optional Delivery Protection, which covers your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. You can remove it from your cart at any time before paying.
Incorrect Addresses
Please carefully check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect a package once it has been shipped and are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
