30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Just reach out and we'll guide you through it.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@wearpilo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Items should be returned in reasonable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Please keep your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
24-Month Warranty
Your product is covered against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of purchase. If your item develops a fault under normal use within this period, contact us at hello@wearpilo.com and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email hello@wearpilo.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items
- Free gifts and digital downloads (such as our eBook) have no cash value and are non-refundable.
- Gift cards.
