As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with your tracking number. Click the link in that email to follow your parcel to your door.

Can't find your tracking?

• Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from us.
• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, so tracking may take a day or two to activate after you order.
• Still stuck? Email us at hello@wearpilo.com with your order number and we'll send your tracking details right away.

Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days across Canada and the United States after dispatch.
