Shipping & Delivery

Thanks for shopping with Voriski. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times

• Canada & United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery estimates may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, which we email to you once your parcel leaves our facility so you can follow it to your door.

Shipping costs

Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Shipping Protection

At checkout you may add optional Shipping Protection, which covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. You can remove it from your cart at any time before paying.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a parcel once it has shipped and aren't responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.
