Return and Refund Policy
At Voriski, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. If you are not, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange it, free of charge.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, we are no longer able to accept the request, unless it concerns a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty (see below).
RETURN SHIPPING IS ON US
The return is free : Voriski covers the return shipping costs. You pay nothing to send an item back to us.
CONDITION OF THE ITEM
To be accepted, the item must be:
- in its original condition, unworn and undamaged;
- accompanied by all the elements received with the order.
An item that has visibly been worn, scratched, altered or damaged after receipt cannot be taken back, unless it has a manufacturing defect.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Write to us at hello@voriski.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the steps to follow and the return address. Do not ship any item before receiving our instructions — a parcel returned without prior agreement may not be processed.
REFUND
Once the return has been received and inspected, we confirm acceptance by email and issue the refund to your original payment method. The refund is made within 30 days of receiving your return. How long it then takes to appear on your statement depends on your financial institution or card issuer.
As shipping is free on all our orders, no shipping charge is withheld from your refund.
EXCHANGES
You may exchange an item for another color or another model within the same 30-day period, under the same conditions. Write to us at hello@voriski.com and we will arrange the exchange.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM
Check your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, contact us at hello@voriski.com with a photo and your order number. We will put things right at our expense — replacement or refund, your choice.
12-MONTH WARRANTY
All our jewelry is guaranteed 12 months against manufacturing defects from the date of receipt. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental breakage, loss, or damage caused by improper use (prolonged contact with water, perfumes or chemicals — see our care tips on each product page).
ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 18 JULY 2026
Our policy previously stated a 60-day return window and a 24-month warranty. If you ordered before 18 July 2026, those earlier terms continue to apply to your order. Write to us and we will honor them.
YOUR RIGHTS
This policy adds to the rights granted to you by law and does not replace them. Consumers residing in Québec benefit in particular from the protection of the Consumer Protection Act, and nothing in this policy is intended to limit those rights.
