These terms govern the use of the voriski.com website and any order placed on it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. WHO WE ARE

In these terms, “we”, “our” and “Voriski” refer to the company; “you” refers to the user of the site or the customer.
2. USE OF THE SITE
You must have reached the age of majority in your province or country of residence to order on this site, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
You undertake not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to disrupt its operation, to access it without authorization, or to extract its content in bulk by automated means.
3. PRODUCTS, PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
We strive to present our jewelry accurately. Photographs are provided for guidance only: the perceived color and appearance may vary depending on your screen, and the styling props appearing in a photo (flowers, fabrics, decorative elements) are not included in the order, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD), except when you view the site from a market that has its own currency. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may change our prices, withdraw a product or limit its quantity at any time and without notice. Products are offered while stocks last.
4. PRICING OR DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Despite our care, the site may contain a typographical error, an inaccuracy or an omission — in particular regarding a price, a description or availability. We reserve the right to correct such an error and, where applicable, to cancel an order placed on the basis of incorrect information, even after it has been confirmed. In that case, you are notified and fully refunded.
5. ORDERS
Receiving a confirmation email confirms that we have received your order; it does not constitute its final acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in particular in the event of suspected fraud, an order clearly intended for resale, or an inability to deliver to the address given. If we cancel, you are fully refunded.
6. PAYMENT
Payment is made at the time of the order, by the means offered at the payment stage. You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method used. Transactions are processed by secure payment providers; we do not store your card details.
7. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND CONTESTS
Quantity discounts, promotional offers and discount codes are valid for a limited time, cannot be combined with one another unless stated otherwise, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. The price applied is the one shown at checkout.
Any contest or draw is governed by its own rules, published with the contest, which specify the conditions of participation, the period, the prizes offered and how they are awarded.
8. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND WARRANTY
Shipping conditions are detailed in our shipping policy. The conditions for returns, refunds and warranty are detailed in our return and refund policy. These documents form an integral part of these terms.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the site — text, photographs, illustrations, logo, brand, layout and code — is the property of Voriski or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit it or create derivative works from it without our prior written authorization.
10. REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT
If you post a review, a photo or a comment, you grant us the non-exclusive right to reproduce and display it in connection with our products. You warrant that you hold the rights to it and that you will not post content that is unlawful, defamatory or misleading. We may remove any content that breaches these principles.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in respect of an order shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit our liability where the law prohibits it — in particular with regard to the legal warranties provided by Québec’s Consumer Protection Act, which remain fully applicable.
12. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
We may change these terms at any time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force at the time you place it. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of the judicial district of Québec, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers, which may allow a consumer to bring proceedings before the court of their own domicile.
