Shipping Policy
Shipping is free and tracked on all orders, with no minimum amount and to any destination we serve.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
Allow on average 5 to 10 business days after shipping. This time frame is an estimate, not a guarantee: it may vary depending on the destination, the carrier and peak periods.
Estimated total time: about 6 to 12 business days between the order and its receipt.
DESTINATIONS SERVED
We currently ship to:
- Canada ;
- the United States ;
- Spain ;
- Australia.
If your country does not appear at checkout, it means we do not serve it yet. Write to us at hello@voriski.com : we regularly open up new destinations.
SHIPPING COSTS
None. Shipping is free to all of the destinations above. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount: we add neither shipping fees nor handling fees at the payment stage.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This number can take up to 48 hours before showing a first movement with the carrier — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is stuck.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel delivered to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at the time of the order. If you notice an error, write to us immediately at hello@voriski.com : if the order has not yet shipped, we can correct the address.
DELAY, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCEL
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated date, or if it reaches you damaged, contact us at hello@voriski.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, depending on the case, reship the item or refund you. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For deliveries outside Canada, the order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees applied by the destination country. Any such fees are set by the local authorities, are not collected by Voriski and remain the responsibility of the recipient. We encourage you to check with your country’s customs before ordering.
